Wargaming & Labas Krabas — Broadcast Partnership

Wargaming & Labas Krabas / Broadcast partnership
Bringing the game
into the studio.
For around five years, Labas Krabas has worked with Wargaming on gaming broadcasts, esports tournaments, internal conferences, meetups and special projects.
Our partnership brings together the technical infrastructure behind a live broadcast and the physical world in front of the cameras. We create distinctive studios that turn the atmosphere of a game into a space for hosts, guests and their community.
01 / Esports
A different stage for every competition.
From the warm geometry of an Art Deco studio to futuristic cityscapes and dramatic rock textures, each set gives the tournament its own visual identity. The scenery frames the commentators and connects the studio coverage with the world on screen.
02 / Special broadcasts
New worlds. Familiar community.
Seasonal broadcasts and anniversary shows let us explore a different mood. Halloween sets, a festive living room and birthday scenery transform the same live format into a new shared experience. Lighting, props and the layout of the studio work together as part of the picture.
03 / Studio design
Built for the camera. Made for people.
A broadcast studio needs to feel right for the people in it and read clearly through the lens. We develop the physical setting with the broadcast in mind: the presenters’ positions, the depth of the background and the way light reveals materials and details.
Across our work with Wargaming, industrial textures, timber, brick, plants and practical lights have become different ways to bring the gaming experience into a real space.
04 / Behind the broadcast
The infrastructure behind the experience.
Behind the finished frame is the technical environment that keeps the production moving. We provide broadcast infrastructure tailored to each project, bringing the studio, game feeds and production team into one working setup.
Years of collaboration give us a shared understanding of the team’s needs — and experience to build on with each new tournament, internal event and special broadcast.
