A special live-loop performance of “Svetlaya Polosa” by Noize MC, commissioned by TV Rain and filmed in Vilnius in December 2024. Labas Krabas brought together the location, set design, creative direction, equipment and filming team for this music performance production.
A space built around the performance
We selected the location and developed the set design, shaping the space around the artist and the performance. From the first visual ideas to the practical setup, our team handled the creative direction, assembled the equipment and carried out the shoot.
For a live-loop performance, the visual story is about more than the finished song: it is also about the artist building it. The production approach brings together the performer, the surrounding space and the details of the performance, keeping the music at the centre of the film.
Camera movement with a 5-metre crane
The shoot used our own 5-metre camera crane. A crane adds scope for fluid changes of height and perspective, connecting the scale of the set with a closer view of the performer. It is a useful creative tool for music videos, live sessions and staged performances.
