For four years, we have delivered custom events at Gurtam’s headquarters and created aftermovies of the company’s gatherings. Our work extends to the technical production of special events and hackathons, where the experience has to work for everyone in the room — and for colleagues joining from another city.
Hackathons & special events
Three cities.
A shared room for ideas.
The challenge is to connect three cities through two-way video, so teams can compete, present their work and respond to one another as part of the same event. We build the video connection around that experience: people need to see the other teams, follow the presentations and stay involved throughout.

That shared experience matters when the clock is running. Gurtam’s first hackathon brought together 13 teams in August 2023. In 2024, 14 teams had just 2.5 working days to develop AI tools for products and internal processes. Our role is to make the technical setup support that focus, while our aftermovies capture the people and atmosphere behind the results.
